Our story
We built the guide we wished we had.
LostPhones began after a phone went missing in our own family. We saw how quickly the situation became overwhelming: which account should be secured first, whether to lock or erase the device, who to contact, and which advice could be trusted.
Useful information existed, but it was scattered across carrier pages, device-maker support articles, and general checklists. We created LostPhones to bring the essential actions together in a calmer, easier order.
